Lauri Jarvis

Lauri Jarvis started with Akron First Assembly in 2001. She has been the director of Akron First Academy and Preschool since 2011. Lauri has her Bachelor's in Music Education from Evangel University. She has served in multiple roles which include teacher, pastor, administrator, and has coordinated many large events. In her free time she loves spending time with her 4 children, their spouses and her 7 grandchildren.

Rachel Peterson

Rachel Peterson grew up within the walls of Akron First Assembly. Her parents, Kent and Lauri were Pastors for nearly 20 years. After graduating High school, Rachel began working summers at the school and eventually became one of the Pre-Kindergarten teachers. More recently, Rachel has been working in administration. her primary role is creating healthy communication between parents and staff. Rachel is married to Matthew and they have 5 Children.

Monica Jarvis

Monica Jarvis has been with Akron First Assembly since around 2013. She began as a teacher in our grade school, eventually taking the first grade classroom for several years. She currently works with administration. Her primary role is teacher and student files along with finances. Monica is married to Ryan and they have 2 children.

Cullen Jarvis

Cullen Jarvis grew up within the walls of Akron First Assembly. His parents, Kent and Lauri were the pastors for nearly 20 years. After graduating High school Cullen attended Agora College. He spent some time in Vietnam working with the Vietnamese in a local coffee shop. Since he has returned, he has been working at the school while pursuing his degree in web development. In his free time he loves watching movies.
